Anna Bel Dyden: About me

Hello and Welcome! I'm glad you decided to visit my blog and in particular this section dedicated to getting to know me. Let me introduce myself - my name is Anna, I am a professional retoucher of fashion, beauty and cosmetics, in the field of commercial and private photography. My journey in this profession began in 2006 and continues to this day. You may have seen my projects in BAZAAR, MARIKA, 6X Glamor Magazine, The MUZE, Malvie Mag, Cable, Opium Red Magazine, Spectr Magazine, Vision in Life Magazine and other magazines.

VALUES AS A REFLECTION OF CHARACTER

In addition to my work, I do creative photography and mentoring, as well as developing tutorials, videos and other useful materials for retouchers and photographers around the world. In work, as in life, I try to adhere to 8 principles:

1. Lead: my path is a series of trial and mistakes that led me to the direction I needed and rewarded me with experience. Anyone who wants to also go through this can choose to do it on their own or enlist the support of someone who has already gone through it. To lead means to share experience, helping a person find the way to his goal;

2. Understanding: there are always circumstances that affect people's lives, their decisions, their mood. Instead of judgment and wrong conclusions, it is better to things over from several points of view, collect more information and try to understand why it happened the way it did and what can be done about it;

3. Respect: in the diversity of human interests lies the beauty of the world. Everyone is free to give preference to what he wants. Equilibrium is possible only with mutual courtesy;

4. Improve: the desire to create a better version of yourself, improve the environment, conditions, search for optimal ways to do work, work on quality - all this is the main essence of the creative manifestation of the individual;

5. Be decent: deception does not make people happy, therefore it is better to be honest so as not to injure others and not stain the soul;

6. Do everything in good faith: if a business is started, the task of a professional is to bring it to the end;

7. Develop: first we work for success, and then success works for us, the main thing is never to stop;

8. Love: Love for our work is one of the main reasons why we are ready to do it every day with joy.

NEW DAY FOR NEW DASCOVERIES

At the beginning of my journey, I thought that it was important for me to learn only the basics of post-processing and that would be enough for me. At that moment, I chose the path of some American photographers as a basis for my training and got down to business. But as I studied topic after topic, I realized that the world of photography is so multifaceted that something new is constantly appearing in it.

"Learn, try, combine!" There are no boundaries! To this day, the world of retouching continues to amaze me. I enjoy watching how the world of photography develops, and with it more and more styles and trends appear.
